Payment and Shipping
Caffe.com ships through the company Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A. with operational headquarters at 42 Fratelli Gracchi Street, 20092, Cinisello Balsamo (MI) within 24/48 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday. The warehouse and couriers do not pick up on holidays.
Italian shipping:
If you spend at least 20.00 euros, Express Courier in 24/48 hours is FREE! (For purchases made for Italy by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, Advance Money Transfer).

The Express Courier used is BRT for Italy and DpD for abroad. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with the shipment number which you can also check in your private area. Then you will receive the BRT Tracking to follow the shipment.
Payments
The payment methods available at Caffe.com are:
PAYMENT CARDS: you will be directed to the NEXI circuit, where you can make your payment with SSL encrypted secure transaction. You will be able to pay with credit and prepaid cards from these circuits: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.
PAYPAL: is an internationally recognized company that offers a viable online payment solution used every day by individuals and businesses around the world. When you use PayPal (creating an account to make payments is free), your financial information is not shared with the person receiving the payment. Once you make the payment, you will be sent a transaction receipt via e-mail. By selecting this payment method, you will be directed to PayPal's site where you will proceed with the payment. You can also use PayPal without creating an account.
CASHONLY FOR ITALY: choosing this mode you will have with an additional cost of 3.00 € for courier charges, you will pay directly to the courier, upon receipt of the package, the amount in cash (we advise you to prepare in advance the correct amount).
ADVANCEBANKING: through your home-banking or physically at the counter, depending on the tools offered by your banking institution. Shipment is within 3 working days from the date of the transfer, after verification that the payment has been credited. Your bank details will be communicated to you by email after you place your order.
